CASEY GRAVES
My name is Casey Graves and I am very excited that the summer has begun. This is my second year as an instructor for the academy and I look forward to spending time with everyone involved in the program. I graduated from the University of Delaware in 1999 with a degree in Family Community Service and a concentration in Environmental Education. My love of children and the outdoors has enabled me to work in several areas of the field such as a teacher naturalist for the Delaware Nature Society, and Eco-guide for the DE Division of Fish and Wildlife, a sailing instructor for the Annapolis Sailing School, and currently on environmental education intern for The Nature Conservancy.
I am CPR and Wilderness First Aid certified five times over and have been working with children ages 4 through 15 for over six years. I am happy to be spending another fantastic summer here at the Telluride Academy and I hope the kids will enjoy it as much as I do!!
